  • Shipping costs

Free local (Singapore) shipping for any quantity of orders.

For International shipping, please select your preferred mode of courier service upon checkout and shipping rates will be shown.

Tracking will be available from your member account.

  • Shipping time

For standard items, local shipping will take 2-4 working days.

For customized orders, please note that it takes 10 working days for hand-crafting and another up to 10 days shipping (Singapore) and 10-15 days shipping (International), depending on your location.

  • Shipping changes

For items that have not been mailed out, you will be able to change your delivery address or shipping method at your Member account log in. You will only have a limited window to amend. Please contact customer care if you need any assistance.

We appreciate that you consider and confirm your item carefully before placing an order. We do understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind, please find our terms below on how we can assist you:

For Standard items:

  • Changes to order is applicable within 3 days of order payment.
  • No refund is allowed, however we do accept exchanges.
  • Exchange of item is applicable one time only within 5 days after item delivered.
  • For exchange of item, the price of the new exchanged item have to be equal or lower, the increase difference in price will be borne by the customer.
  • For damages, please take photos and upload to your Member account when making request.
  • Unless for wrong orders, Shipping costs for repairs or exchanges will be borne by customer.

For Custom-made items:

  • Changes is applicable within 3 days of order payment.
  • No exchange or refunds is allowed for Custom-made items.
  • For damages, please take photos and upload to your Member account when making request.
  • Unless for wrong orders, Shipping costs for repairs or exchanges will be borne by customer.

  • We accept major visa/master cards payments and Paynow QR.
  • Please be assured that your data is secured, encrypted and protected. Security pin will be asked during payment confirmations. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us.
  • At checkout, you can proceed as guest or member sign up after placing your order. By creating a member account, we will be able to save your record and you can enjoy quicker checkout process, customer care services, promotions updates.
  • Currency payments – we accept SGD payment currency only
  • An email confirmation of receipt will be sent to you. This will include your order number, items ordered, shipping method and etc.
  • For process, it will take up to 3 business days after order is confirmed to be packaged. For Customized item, it will take up to 20 business days due to time needed for handcrafting.
  • A notification will be emailed to you for shipment is ready for dispatched.
  • As our store is a full online store, no self-collection is available.
  • We are unable to combine orders after a order confirmation has been emailed.

All materials are subject to wear and tear particularly when exposed to different temperatures, water and chemicals. However, you can also do your best to keep your jewelry’s brilliance by following the below simple methods:

While wearing your jewelry

  • Avoid alcohol, perfumes, creams liquids to direct contact with your jewelry. Bleach, chemicals and other harsh cleaning products may react with metals, thus avoiding them will protect their lasting shine.
  • Removing your jewelry when you exercise, swim, shower, gardening, cooking or doing household activities will help protect the durability of your jewelry.

Storing your jewelry

  • Keep your jewelry in dry and cool area, best away from humidity or extreme temperatures.
  • It is ideal to store in our original packaging and separate from other jewelry. This can prevent the jewelry from scratching or tangling.

Cleaning Care

  • Use a soft cotton cloth, damp cloth or polishing cloth to wipe away dirt and dust.
  • Alternatively, you can wash with lukewarm water, soft sponge and mild soap.
  • After cleaning, put the jewelry in a cool area to dry or use a dry soft cloth to wipe dry.
  • Do not blow dry your jewelry.

We take pride in our jewelry. All our 925sterlingsilver is coated with an extra anti-tarnish solution for an extra layer of protection. Our gold ismade of 18K gold purity rather than 18K gold-plated, this is meant for relatively high durability for its purity. Following the above methods will help prevent tarnishing wear and tear, and longer lasting jewelry.

For the Sensitive skin

Wearing a jewelry that contains impurities may cause reaction to you skin, commonly known as contact dermatitis, which may cause symptoms such as dryness, itchiness, bleeding due to over scratching and redness. Sensitive skin reaction varies, as it depends on the type of metals that you have allergy to and may also be caused by other lifestyle reasons.

Please be assured that La Bella Jewelry team has tested all our jewelry for a period of 3 months for each design before bringing to you the best. Our team has specially selected our suppliers and craftsmen methods seriously. While we can’t be 100% allergy free, we are committed to having the best metals used.

Nickel-free: Nickel allergy is one of the most common allergy that is developed while wearing jewelry.Nickel ions can easily penetrate the skin and cause allergic reaction due to prolong contact of sweating and rubbing. We have thus void the use of nickel in our designs.

Moissanite stone:

Our Moissanite stone are widely popular as gained from its unique brilliance. As moissanite stones are hybrid of natural stone found and later lab perfected, each of our stone itself is engraved with serial number professionally. Each purchase of our Moissanite stone comes with GRA certificate with 12 months limited warranty which you can go online to authenticate with the GRA report number.

Free Repairs:

We cover Free 30 days repairs from date of purchase and per item charge thereafter, depending on the repair or replacement type required. Please note that this does not include shipping costs. As it may be different need for every item, kindly approach our customer care team for inquiry.
